The Ecomatic from Kuhn Rikon is a fine example of contemporary Swiss engineering and style. Its mirror finish gleams, and its black handles, including a loop handle for two-handed lifting, stay cool. Pressure cooking traps steam to heat foods at temperatures higher than boiling. An aluminum disk in the base, sandwiched by stainless steel, speeds the process even more through fast heat conductivity. It's safe on electric, gas, ceramic, and induction stovetops. Little water is required, so nutrients, flavor, and color are not boiled away. Vegetables emerge vibrantly colored from the steamer insert. Stews, soups, beans--even meat loaf, pork chops, and desserts such as bread pudding--come out tasty and nutritious. You can brown meats in the pot before the lid is locked on, or use the pot without the lid. The stem of the operating valve shows high and low pressure so you can adjust heat for different foods. After cooking, pressure can be reduced slowly (just let the cooker sit for a while), normally (press the pressure indicator), or quickly (run tepid water on the lid's rim). Safety measures abound. The lid twists onto the pot; a rubber gasket ensures a tight seal. Vents release steam if pressure builds too high, as does a valve that also locks the lid when any pressure whatsoever is inside the cooker.

In this episode I display all of the facts regarding cost, and discuss the ultimate feasibility (or lack thereof) of producing your own ethanol for fuel use. Feel free to debate me & try to tell me that I am wrong, or that I don't know what I'm doing (I already know that). Until you have done it for yourself, you aren't properly equipped to debate anything, so I don't want to hear anybody reciting any ethanol propaganda. Sorry, you can't see my math. Here it is: ####Math pertaining to MY Brew#### Raw materials: cornmeal, 5lb : $ 1.74 cornmeal, 5lb : $ 1.74 Sugar, 10lb : $ 4.57 yeast, 1oz : $ .98 total: : .01 (in the video I used .50 instead of , I will account for the dicrepancy with adjusted number in parentheses with a star) I spent .50(*.01) and got 1.75L of 150 proof 1.75L = .33gal If .33Gal = .50(*.01), then 1gal = .50(*) (still 150 proof) So, if we calculate the additional raw materials needed to distill this 150 proof to 195 proof and still produce 1 gallon, the price comes up to roughly (*)/gal, just in raw materials. Now factoring in labor. Min wage in TX is .25/hr. It took me 6 hrs to make. 6hrs * .25 = .50 in labor. Labor (.50) + Raw Materials ((*)) comes out to .5(*.5)/gallon. ###Math pertaining to BEST CASE SCENARIO Brew### Raw materials: .50(*.01) Assuming that the magical 10% rule actually works for you ...

Summary: Hungry locals from the neigborhood crashed Jeep's apartment to play Halo2. The day was saved with the creation of Bean Balls! Beans and vegitables wrapped in a baked dough turns out to be a "Legendary" treat. Ingredients: Beans (pinto beans, pork, chilies, jalapenos, yellow onions) Flat Bread Dough (butter, flour, water, eggs, spices) Veggies (broccoli, celery, green peppers, green onions) Directions: Put boiling water and beans in pot with lid. Let them soak for 6 hours. Slick up pork and add seasonings. Quickly brown the pork and add it to pot. Slice up chilies, jalapenos, and onions and add to pot. Cook in crock pot (pressure cooker) for 8 to 10 hours. Aquire (or make) muffin tin and grease it. Mix flour, water, salt, eggs, pepper, and spices to make dough. Add flour till it's needable. Chop brocollie, celery, green peppers, and green onions into small chunks. Wrap bread around beans and assorted vegitables into small balls. Patch holes with cheese. Bake in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.
